1. Order Processing Time (Handling Time)
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday – Friday). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
- If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently offer the following shipping options:

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can track your package directly through our Order Tracking Page.
4. Domestic & International Shipping
- Domestic: We ship to all addresses within the United States, including U.S. Territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

6. Damages & Missing Packages
If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim or contact our support team immediately. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
- If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office before contacting us at support@timelesspeices.com.
