1. Return Period
You have 30 days [Note: You can change this to 14 or 60, but 30 is industry standard] from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the return shipping address.
- Pack the item securely and include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or Damaged Products: If the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way, Timeless Pieces will cover the cost of return shipping.
- Customer Remorse: If you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size/color, you (the customer) will be responsible for paying the actual cost of return shipping.
4. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.). You will receive the credit within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
5. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
6. Restocking Fees
- We do not charge a restocking fee for returned items.
- Note: If you do charge a fee (e.g., 10%), you MUST state it here clearly to satisfy Google’s transparency requirements.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
8. Non-Returnable Items
